Project Description

Daniels Health has been a leader in medical waste management and disposal for over 20 years, earning the highest Net Promoter Scores in the industry. Handling complex logistics and strict regulatory requirements, they needed a digital platform that matched their operational excellence and supported a growing e-commerce component for containers, bins, and related supplies.

Egochi delivered a full WordPress and WooCommerce rebuild with custom ordering workflows, robust security features, and seamless integration with Daniels Health’s logistics API. We combined technical SEO to boost search visibility for keywords like “medical waste containers” and “biohazard disposal services” with precision PPC campaigns targeting healthcare facilities and laboratories. Every detail—from interactive bin selection tools to clear disposal guidelines—was crafted to simplify the customer journey and drive qualified leads.

The Challenge

The legacy site was slow, hard to navigate, and lacked e-commerce functionality for ordering waste containers. Search rankings were weak, and paid ads were generic, leading to low engagement from hospitals, clinics, and labs.

Strategy & Solution

We architected a custom WordPress theme and WooCommerce integration with dynamic product configurators and API-driven inventory. Technical SEO audits fixed site speed and indexing issues, and targeted PPC campaigns were launched on Google Ads and LinkedIn to reach facility managers. Detailed content pages and blogs educated buyers on compliance and best practices.

Results

After launch, organic traffic increased by +120%; monthly qualified leads grew to 4.5K; and additional monthly revenue reached $750K.
