Services and Payment

Services

Egochi provides the Services described on this Website. The scope, deliverables, and timeline of each engagement are set out in the service agreement or proposal you sign with us, which controls where it differs from a general page description.

Payment

Payment is due as specified in your service agreement. Monthly services run month to month, with no long-term contracts and no setup fees. Project work is billed as a deposit plus milestone payments per the agreement. All payments to Egochi are final and non-refundable, as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Cancelling a monthly service stops future billing and never returns payments already made.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, and other intellectual property on the Website are the property of Egochi and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. No part of the Website may be reproduced, duplicated, or exploited for any purpose without written permission from Egochi.

Work we produce for clients is different. Ownership of campaign deliverables is set out in your service agreement, and Egochi's standing practice is that paid-for deliverables, accounts, and assets built for your business belong to you, as published in our SEO code of ethics.

Your Obligations

You agree to use the Website and Services in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. You will not:

• Use the Website or Services for any unlawful activity or any purpose these Terms prohibit.
• Frame or link to the Website in an unauthorized way, or misrepresent an affiliation with Egochi.
• Interfere with the proper working of the Website, its security features, or any activity conducted on it.
• Submit false information through our forms or use our free audit tool against websites you have no relationship with, in an abusive way.

No Promised Outcomes

Marketing outcomes depend on search engines, ad platforms, markets, and competitors that no agency controls. Egochi does not promise a specific ranking, traffic figure, lead count, or revenue outcome, and these Terms do not create one. What we commit to is the work itself, performed as described in your service agreement. Our disclaimer covers this in more detail.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Egochi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Website or Services; or (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and any personal information stored on them.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Egochi and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, and costs arising from your use of and access to the Website and Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
