Contact and proposal forms. Name, work email, website address, monthly budget range where you select one, phone number where you provide one, and your message.
The free SEO audit tool. The website URL you submit for the audit, plus your name, email, and phone number where the form asks for them. The page you ran the audit from is recorded with the submission so we can respond in the right context.
Client and billing records. Details of the services you purchase from us and the records needed to invoice for them.
Direct communication. Anything you send us by email, phone, or text after reaching out.

Information collected automatically

Log and usage data. IP address, browser type, pages visited, and how you interact with the site.
Analytics. We use website analytics to count visits and understand which pages people read, in aggregate.
Spam protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical signals from your browser to tell people apart from bots without a puzzle.

Egochi does not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf, and only what each one needs to do its job:

Formspree receives form submissions and relays them to our team.
Cloudflare hosts this website and provides the Turnstile spam protection on our forms.
Analytics providers process usage data so we can see aggregate site traffic.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other sharing categories; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for. Inquiry and audit-lead records are kept while the conversation stays live and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back. Client and billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
