InHealth RVA is Richmond VA’s leading center for functional medicine and integrative health care. They offer nutritional counseling, hormone balancing, mind-body therapies and more. To better serve patients and meet accessibility standards, InHealth RVA teamed up with Egochi to rebuild their Squarespace site, write clear health content, and achieve full ADA compliance.
Our goal was to create a warm, easy-to-navigate website where visitors can learn about each service, book appointments and access resources. We focused on accessible web design, health care content writing, and on-site features that improve usability for all patients.
The Challenge
The old site had unclear service pages and no accessibility support. Visitors with disabilities could not find information on functional medicine or integrative health care. Search visibility was low and appointment requests were stagnant.
Strategy & Solution
We designed a fresh Squarespace layout with clear navigation, service overviews and patient resources. Every page was updated for ADA compliance with keyboard support, ARIA labels and high-contrast text. We crafted SEO-friendly content around keywords like “functional medicine in Richmond VA” and “integrative health care” to boost organic search.
Results
The relaunch drove significant gains: organic traffic grew by +82%; new appointment requests rose to 120 per month; and the site’s ADA compliance score reached 98%.
