Majewski Plastic Surgery and Spa at the Reserve is Jonesboro’s premier plastic surgery clinic and medical spa, offering cosmetic procedures and minimally invasive treatments. To reflect their expertise and improve patient engagement, they partnered with Egochi for a full Squarespace redesign and development. We ensured the new site highlights each service—from facelifts and breast augmentation to injectables and skin rejuvenation—while making appointment booking effortless.
The goal was to create a modern, mobile-friendly website that conveys trust and luxury, showcases before-and-after galleries, and captures new patient leads through clear calls to action and streamlined forms.
The Challenge
The previous website did not reflect the clinic’s advanced services or luxury spa experience. Navigation was confusing, service pages were sparse on detail, and lead capture forms were buried. As a result, organic visibility for keywords like “Jonesboro plastic surgery” and “medical spa services” was low and appointment bookings stagnated.
Strategy & Solution
We delivered a custom Squarespace theme with a clean, intuitive layout and high-quality imagery. Each procedure page was enriched with patient-focused content and optimized for search terms such as “cosmetic procedures in Jonesboro” and “minimally invasive treatments.” We also implemented streamlined appointment forms and strong calls to action to make lead capture simple and effective.
Results
