New York Endodontics Studio is led by Dr. Jamie Y. Lee, a board-certified endodontist based in Midtown Manhattan. Patients search for fast relief, clear answers, and a smooth path to care. The studio runs on WordPress and wanted more calls, more booked consults, and better visibility for high-intent searches like “root canal specialist near me,” “endodontist NYC,” and urgent pain terms.
We rebuilt their digital engine around real patient journeys. The plan covered SEO, Local SEO, Content Writing, Google Business Profile, Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Web Design, and Social Media Marketing. Each piece was tuned to the same outcome, make it simple to find the studio, understand treatment, and book.
Visibility and clarity had slipped. The site mixed clinical language with long paragraphs that were hard to scan. Service pages overlapped, internal links were thin, and there was no clear path from symptoms to appointment. Technical SEO issues stacked up, slow mobile pages, missing schema on key services, inconsistent headings, and image files without alt text. Local search signals were scattered, Google Business Profile lacked complete services, productized treatments, and fresh photos. Ads targeted broad dental terms, which pulled in low-intent clicks.
The goal, fix the foundation, write for real questions, own local intent across Midtown and nearby neighborhoods, and channel ad spend toward patients ready to book.
We ran a technical audit and cleaned core issues, crawl traps, mixed H tags, orphan pages, and slow templates. We added service schema for root canal therapy, retreatment, cracked-tooth care, and microsurgery. Internal links now map symptoms to services and FAQs to booking. Titles and metas were rewritten around intent, pain, swelling, sensitivity to hot or cold, and commute terms like Grand Central, Bryant Park, and Midtown East. Result, organic sessions lifted by 110% and new users by 96%.
We created a light neighborhood layer, Midtown, Murray Hill, Turtle Bay, and added clear NAP blocks, driving directions, nearby landmarks, and weekend hours detail. We earned local citations and refreshed dental directories with consistent categories. Discovery searches for endodontist and root canal terms in the service area rose by 140%, and calls from local search increased by 122%.
We turned dense copy into plain-language guides, what to expect, how anesthesia works, microscope imagery, CBCT, treatment steps, and aftercare. Each page starts with symptoms in simple words, then offers next steps with a clear “Call now” and online booking path. We added short FAQs to match People Also Ask. Time on page rose by 58% and exit rate on key service pages fell by 27%.
We expanded categories, Endodontist as primary, added services with short descriptions, uploaded treatment photos, set messaging hours, and published weekly posts for urgent care, retreatment, and microsurgery. We synced bookings and tracked calls. Views from Discovery grew by 132% and actions, calls, website clicks, and direction requests, climbed by 118%.
We rebuilt Google Ads around exact and phrase match for high-intent queries, root canal specialist, endodontist near me, emergency endodontist NYC. We split mobile call campaigns from form campaigns, used hour-based bid adjustments for pain-spike periods, and added call-only ads for urgent traffic. We trimmed broad matches and tightened negatives. Cost per lead dropped by 32%, calls from ads rose by 85%, and booked consults from paid search increased by 61%.
On WordPress we simplified the header, added a sticky “Call” and “Book Online,” and created compact service layouts with before-and-after style visuals and step cards. We compressed media, preloaded key fonts, and removed heavy plugins. Largest Contentful Paint improved from 3.6 s to 2.1 s, and Time to First Byte moved from 800 ms to 420 ms.
