Cancellation & Refund Policy

Egochi keeps the commitment side of this simple. Services run month to month, there are no long-term contracts, and there are no setup fees, so you are never locked in. The trade is equally simple: when you pay, the payment is final. The work a payment funds starts immediately, in hours, campaigns, and deliverables, and it cannot be un-performed. This page states exactly how that policy applies.

No Refunds

Every payment made to Egochi is final once processed. We do not issue refunds, in whole or in part, for any service, for any payment type, in any situation. This applies regardless of the reason, including dissatisfaction with results, a change in your business plans, unused time in a billing cycle, a change of staff on either side, and every other circumstance. No employee or representative of Egochi is authorized to promise a refund, and no such promise binds Egochi unless made in a signed written agreement.

Monthly Retainers

Retainer services such as SEO, PPC management, and social media management bill month to month. You may cancel ahead of any upcoming billing cycle, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Work continues through the end of that period.

Cancellation stops future billing only. It does not return past payments, and it does not return the payment for the billing cycle in progress, in whole or in part. There is no proration for a cycle you cancel partway through.

One-Time Projects

Project work such as web design, one-time audits, and fixed-scope engagements bills as a deposit plus milestone payments, as set out in your service agreement. Each deposit and each milestone payment is non-refundable once paid. If you stop a project midway, payments already made stay with Egochi as payment for work performed, and milestones not yet reached are simply never billed.

Promotional Pricing

Services purchased at a promotional or discounted rate follow the same rule. Those payments are final, and no portion of a promotional purchase is returned under any condition.

Chargebacks and Disputed Payments

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, the dispute is handled under the rules of the card network that processed the payment. Egochi responds to every dispute with records of the signed agreement, the work performed, and this policy. While a dispute is open, Egochi reserves the right to suspend or terminate services on the account, and we may decline future service to accounts that file disputes against valid charges. If a charge on your statement looks wrong, contact us first at [email protected]; a billing error we made is something we will correct.

How to Cancel

• Send written notice to [email protected] from the email address on your account.
• Include your business name and the services you are cancelling.
• Notice must reach us before your next billing date to stop that cycle from billing. Notice received on or after a billing date applies to the following cycle.
• We confirm every cancellation by email, and your service runs through the end of the period already paid for.

A phone call is welcome as a heads-up, but cancellation is effective only on written notice to the email above.

Sole Discretion

Egochi interprets and applies this policy at its sole discretion. Whether a payment, cancellation, dispute, or situation falls under a given section of this policy is determined by Egochi alone, and that determination is final.

Suspension Without Refund

Egochi reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time, without notice and without any return of payment, where our services are being used for unlawful activity or in violation of our Terms & Conditions.
