PreSchool of the Arts Case Study With Verified Results

PreSchool of the Arts, WordPress Rebuild and Local SEO

PreSchool of the Arts is a Reggio Emilia-inspired early-learning center in Madison, Wisconsin, combining project-based learning with dedicated art and music instruction in a five-star, state-licensed facility serving up to 205 children. Egochi redesigned and developed the school’s WordPress website, improved accessibility, strengthened its local search presence, and created a clearer journey from an initial Google search to a tour request, waitlist application, and completed enrollment.

The Challenge

The previous website was dated, hard to navigate on phones, and presented accessibility barriers for some families. Information about programs, teachers, tuition, tours, and enrollment was not always easy to locate. The school also had limited visibility across competitive searches such as preschool in Madison, childcare near me, and Reggio Emilia preschool, along with the Google Maps results behind them, and calls, tour requests, forms, and applications were not consistently tracked back to their marketing source.

Strategy & Solution

Egochi rebuilt the WordPress website around the questions parents ask before choosing an early-learning provider: program information, educational philosophy, faculty profiles, enrollment steps, tuition assistance, tours, and contact options organized into a clear mobile-friendly journey. The build carried WCAG 2.2 AA-aligned accessibility work, keyboard, screen-reader, color-contrast, form-label, and image alt text remediation, local keyword and content work, Google Business Profile management, citation consistency, program and faculty and location schema, improved tour-request forms, Procare waitlist applications wired in, call and form source attribution, Google Maps rank-grid monitoring, and conversion tracking from the first call through accepted enrollment.
